Legal
Terms of use
Effective date: January 1, 2026. By using this website or engaging Marroway guest services, you agree to these terms.
1. Website purpose
This site provides information about Marroway — suites, dining, wellness, and the optional 18+ evening lounge. Content is for general guidance. Availability, pricing, and schedules may change; confirmed reservations and on-site signage govern at the time of service.
2. No online booking contract
Contact forms and email inquiries do not constitute a confirmed reservation until you receive written confirmation from our guest services team. Rates displayed on this site are indicative starting points and exclude taxes and applicable fees disclosed at booking.
3. Age requirements
The evening lounge is restricted to persons aged 18 or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Misrepresentation of age is grounds for removal and may be reported to authorities where required. Other areas of Marroway welcome guests of all ages subject to venue-specific rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to related systems, or use automated means to scrape content in ways that impair service. Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws; reproduction for commercial use requires prior written permission.
5. Guest conduct
On property, guests must comply with house rules including quiet hours, non-smoking policies, and responsible behavior in all venues. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund where conduct threatens safety, violates law, or disrupts other guests.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marroway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from events beyond reasonable operational control, including force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
7. Third-party services
Wellness treatments are performed by independent licensed therapists. Their professional standards apply to treatment delivery. Payment processors and email providers operate under their own terms when you interact with them through guest-initiated transactions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction provide otherwise.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
