Stay & reservations

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — contact us the day before arrival. Residence Loft guests on weekly rates may request 1:00 p.m. checkout as a standard benefit when the room is not re-booked.
No. Wi‑Fi, wellness circuit access, and filtered water replenishment are included in the room rate. Treatment rooms, in-room dining, and restaurant charges are priced separately.
One dog up to 40 lbs is welcome in Studio King and Corner Suite categories with a nightly pet fee and signed agreement. Pets are not permitted in the Residence Loft or in dining rooms; relief areas are marked on the courtyard map at check-in.
Quiet hours run 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guest floors are structurally separated from the evening lounge with no connecting corridors. Corner suites occupy end-of-hall positions only. We enforce a no-party policy and will intervene on noise complaints.

Lunch and breakfast accept walk-ins. Dinner reservations are recommended Thursday through Saturday. Use the contact form or call the front desk to hold a table.
Weekday day passes for the thermal circuit are available before 3:00 p.m. when capacity allows. Treatment rooms require advance booking and are open to guests and non-guests alike. Studio classes are complimentary for staying guests only.
Children under 16 are not permitted in the thermal circuit. Family movement sessions are scheduled monthly and posted at reception. Birch & Stone welcomes children until 8:00 p.m. with a simplified menu available.

No. The lounge is entirely optional and physically separate. You can book, dine, use wellness facilities, and check out without ever entering it. We do not bundle lounge access into room rates.
Use the Cedar Lane entrance at street level (408 Cedar Lane). Valid photo ID proving you are 18+ is required. Staying guests link their room key after first verification. There is no route from guest-floor elevators.
Blackjack and roulette operate most evenings. Poker cash games run Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 p.m. There are no slot machines. Table limits are posted at each game; see the Evenings page for the weekly schedule.
Self-imposed session limits, cooling-off breaks, and voluntary self-exclusion are available on request. Staff are trained to intervene. Full details are in our responsible play policy.

Standard reservations may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before arrival. Peak periods may require 72 hours — your confirmation email states the applicable window. Weekly Residence Loft bookings have a separate agreement.
Yes. Accessible Corner Suites include roll-in showers, grab bars, and alert systems. Request at booking so we can assign an appropriate room and note elevator preferences at check-in.
