Every room category at Marroway is positioned away from the evening lounge ventilation stack and service corridors. Sound-rated doors, layered drapery, and a no-party policy on guest floors keep nights genuinely quiet.
Our entry category still earns a courtyard-facing position — never a lift-adjacent wall. A king bed sits in a recessed alcove with independent lighting so one guest can read while another sleeps.
The most requested layout for couples and small families. A separate sitting room with a sofa bed allows flexible use without sacrificing the primary bedroom's calm.
Designed for extended stays and working visits. The split level separates living and sleeping zones; a kitchenette with induction cooktop supports longer routines without room-service dependency.
A roll-in shower, grab bars, lowered closet rods, and visual-alert doorbell meet ADA requirements while preserving the corner-suite floor plan and soaking option at standard height in the secondary bath where applicable.
High-speed Wi‑Fi, filtered still and sparkling water replenished daily, access to the movement studio during operating hours, and late checkout until 1:00 p.m. when availability allows. We do not charge resort fees.
Quiet hours on guest floors run from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors and on balconies. The evening lounge is not accessible from guest-floor corridors — a deliberate separation you will notice the moment you arrive.
